Helen co-owned a very popular Italian restaurant in Qualicum Beach for six years giving her the opportunity to delve into all aspects of bookkeeping for restaurants. This business was heavy on payroll, subcontractors & subtrades, permits, materials, job costing, and WCB reporting.

Helen co-owned Crowsnest Convenience and managed all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping for the only convenience store in Bellevue while she was also a Realtor in Alberta, doing all of her own bookkeeping. She's a pro at Z-Reports (Daily Sales Summaries, POS Reports), COGS, inventory management, sales taxes, lottery, pricing, and payroll.
